Recipes with specific taxonomy IDs
Show Recipes having some specific Taxonomy ( Recipe Category, Cuisine, Skill Level, Cooking Method, Recipe Tags)
You may restrict the recipe index to show recipes having specific Taxonomy terms. Taxonomy Term IDs can be used for this method as comma separated values for parameter value. A guide on how to find recipe id or find id or slug of taxonomy ( category, cuisine, skill level etc.) is described in section on “How to Find Ids” and “How to find Slugs“.
You may insert recipe index anywhere in the site. Inside a Post, Page, Custom Post Type, anywhere you can place shortcode, recipes can appear with a lot of customization options for shortcode. Complete list of shortcode parameters can be found at documentation.
Note: Following Shortcode will show recipes having “Dinner” as Recipe Category. The term “Dinner” has id of “27” in this demo setup.
